We ship out all of our orders via FedEx, USPS, or UPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-5 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. Orders from Canada, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package. The shipping carrier used may vary depending on the company you ordered from, but you can expect to track your order via FedEx, USPS, or UPS. After you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the latest information on the status and location of your package.
Customs Fees and Import Taxes
BULLTUG is responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). In case you get charged any customs or related fees, please contact us right away for a refund.
